Solely responsible for critical components in the development and enhancement of the Delta Air Lines Global Services (DGS) brand through six changes in company direction, including

  • Consulting with leadership to interpret business needs, culminating in the production of engaging designs, layout, and overall visual improvements to enhance the employee and client experience
  • Branding and design contributions in sales & marketing content led to the acquisition of multi-million dollar business partnerships with many valued clients, including the Atlanta Braves, Coca-Cola, Family Dollar, Goldman Sachs, Hertz, Home Depot, Honda, State Farm Arena; and fellow aviation organizations Aero Mexico, American Airlines, British Airways, ExpressJet, Lufthansa, United Airlines, and many more
  • Website design (UI/UX) and content management of three company websites (B2B, recruitment, and intranet)
  • Digital engagement via multimedia presentations (PowerPoint and Prezi) for sales and marketing, training, and internal purposes (quarterly updates and reports, national conferences, safety initiatives)
  • Print design of promotional materials (flyers, business cards, postcards, large format advertisements) for job fairs, hiring events, internal communication (annual company mission, vision and goals, onboarding manuals, benefits, operations and HR notifications, outreach campaigns, safety communications and displays), both internally and in airport stations throughout the USA
  • Digital content design and creation for social media platforms and online advertisement
  • Print, multimedia, and web multi-level campaign development for various company initiatives, including recognition programs, conferences, and wellness programs
  • Copywriting and wordsmithing for sales, marketing, and internal communications (including confidential content and policy)
  • Initiating, developing, planning, and executing all components of three recognition programs including marketing, outreach and correspondence, profile creation and award distribution
  • Creation and management of online surveys, registrations, RSVPs, and recognition nominations
  • Taking photographs for marketing purposes (print, social media, online), company events (conferences, meetings, and celebrations) and personal/business promotion (executive and employee portraits)
  • Working closely with print and product vendors to ensure that promotional items, giveaways, and awards meet standards and are delivered in a timely manner
